How the Upgrade Works

Step 1: Contact our customer care team with your request and share the details of the new diamond you would like.

Step 2: Return your jewelry to us so our artisans can carefully remove the original stone.

Step 3: We will replace it with your chosen upgraded diamond and re-finish the piece to ensure it looks brand new.

Step 4: Your upgraded jewelry will be shipped back to you with the same care and premium packaging as when you first received it.

Costs Involved

You will only need to pay the difference in cost between the new and original diamond, along with any applicable making charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for both ways.

All upgrades are completed by our master craftsmen to maintain the original beauty and integrity of your jewelry.
