MANUFACTURING

✧ Manufacturing time is up to 2 business weeks (this is the maximum time we take).

✧ If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact our Customer Support. We offer Rush Service to ensure you receive your dream ring before your special occasion.

✧ All designs can be customized with different gemstones, including Moissanite, Aquamarine, and Lab-Grown Diamonds. The details and prices provided are for Moissanite by default. If you wish to change the diamond type or size, simply reach out to our support team.

SHIPPING

✧ We use UPS and FedEx as our trusted shipping partners for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

✧ Shipping typically takes 8–10 business days to deliver your jewelry to your doorstep after dispatch. If you want your jewelry earlier, you can apply for our rush service.

✧ All jewelry made with Moissanite or Lab-Grown Diamonds is shipped with full insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

✧ Once shipped, you can track the status of your order directly through the courier’s website.
