✧ Manufacturing Time is 2 Business Weeks (This is the Maximum time we take from Customers. If you need it earlier, then contact our Customer Support. We offer Rush Service, so this will help you get your dream ring before your special moments.

✧ We use UPS and FedEx as Our Shipping Partners for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping takes 6-9 Maximum Business days to deliver your parcel to your doorstep after we ship your ring. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by the local government. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination, and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note DAVID SIMSON cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

✧ If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact our Customer Support. We offer Rush Service to ensure you receive your dream ring before your special occasion.

✧ All designs can be customized with different gemstones, including Moissanite, Aquamarine, and Lab-Grown Diamonds. The details and prices provided are for Moissanite by default. If you wish to change the diamond type or size, simply reach out to our support team.

✧ Shipping typically takes 8–10 business days to deliver your jewelry to your doorstep after dispatch. If you want your jewelry earlier, you can apply for our rush service.

✧ All jewelry made with Moissanite or Lab-Grown Diamonds is shipped with full insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

✧ Once shipped, you can track the status of your order directly through the courier’s website.
