Our process begins with CAD (Computer-Aided Design), where our expert designers transform your idea into a 3D model. This ensures every detail from proportions to diamond placement is perfected before moving to production.

Step 2: Wax Making

Using advanced technology, a wax model is created based on the CAD design. This model acts as the blueprint of your jewelry, allowing us to preview the design in physical form.

Step 3: Casting

The wax model is replaced with solid gold, or platinum, through the casting process. Molten metal is carefully poured into the mold, forming the base structure of your jewelry.

Step 4: Diamond Cutting & Checking

Now, we craft each moissanite or lab-grown diamond according to your order specifications and then send it for certification. Every stone is precisely cut to enhance its brilliance and undergoes a strict inspection for color, clarity, and symmetry before being set.

Step 5: Pre-Polishing

The jewelry frame is meticulously polished before diamonds are set. This pre-polish step smooths the surface, ensuring maximum brilliance and a perfect foundation for stone setting.

Step 6: Diamond Setting

Our master artisans hand-set each diamond with precision. This stage requires skill and patience, ensuring every stone is secure, aligned, and flawlessly positioned to enhance beauty and durability.

Step 7: Final Polish

The piece undergoes a final high-quality polish, giving it a radiant, mirror-like finish. This step brings out the true brilliance and elegance of the jewelry.

Step 8: QC & Authenticity Stamping

Every piece passes through our 5-step Quality Control process. Once approved, it is sent to an International Hallmarking Laboratory for authenticity stamping, certifying the purity of the metal used.

Step 9: Engraving & Packing

The last step adds a personal touch—engraving names, dates, or messages if requested. Finally, your jewelry is placed in premium packaging, ready to be delivered as a timeless treasure.
