✧ We use UPS and FedEx as our trusted shipping partners for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
✧ Shipping typically takes 8–10 business days to deliver your jewelry to your doorstep after dispatch. If you want your jewelry earlier, you can apply for our rush service.
✧ All jewelry made with Moissanite or Lab-Grown Diamonds is shipped with full insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

- Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available. Replacement of the center stone will be at an additional cost.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
Please Note: Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. - All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership (except the replacement of focal stones). After two years of ownership, we will charge a nominal labor fee for your repair service. Physical damage is not covered under warranty, but we can offer repair services or provide a suitable solution by charging nominal fees.
- If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear is normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.
- Please send your piece to us for repairs because we’re the most familiar with each design, and we’re specially trained to work with such delicate pieces.
Please Note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.

Return
✧ Returns and refunds are hassle-free when you buy from David Simson Jewelry.
✧ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✧ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

✧ Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
Exchange
✧ If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece. Contact us for an exchange.
Refund
✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
✧ Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Damage & Issue
✧ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
✧ The Following items can't be returned or exchanged.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
✧ If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. We need the same processing time to make a new piece as mentioned on the product page. You have to contact us within 30 days after receiving the piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.
✧ Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package and send it in a traceable courier—we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
